- Meet with your Academic Adviser and have them sign your application.
Discuss your plan to attend the Italian Campus program as early as possible with your Academic Adviser so that he/she may identify the best semester for you to study abroad and assist you in planning your courses appropriately. Your adviser will then sign your Italian Campus application form (this is required). If you apply online, you will need to submit the Signature of Affidavit as well.
- Submit your application to OIP.
Applications should be submitted as soon as possible. The program is very popular, spaces are limited and are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis, assuming all eligibility requirements are met (minimum GPA and disciplinary clearance from Student Life).
-
Submit the $950 deposit.
This deposit will confirm your participation and reserve your spot. Deposits received after the deadlines jeopardize your status, as any unconfirmed spots will open up to waitlisted students.
Deposits are due:
Fall Semester 2008 program: March 3, 2008
Spring Semester 2009 program: September 2, 2008
Eligibility to Study Abroad:
- You must be at least a sophomore when you study abroad.
- You must have a minimum GPA of 2.75 for the Italian Campus Program
- You must have no serious disciplinary or academic actions pending. All accepted applicants will be reviewed by Fr. Hogan’s office for clearance.
If you have any further questions
about the Italian Campus Program, please e-mail
the director, and your inquiry (questions)
