Short-Term Study Abroad Programs

Financing Your Journey

Enrolling in a summer, short-term study abroad course is a good educational value, because your tuition underwrites the direct costs of the international travel. Each study abroad course/program will have its own exact price, and your faculty leader will inform you about the costs.

The Financial Aid Office can assist you in thinking about student loans to help you finance the costs. Tuition Remission, Tuition Exchange and Graduate assistantships will NOT apply to short-term programs. All students must register for the study abroad course and pay the regular Duquesne tuition plus any additional costs associated with the program of choice. Work directly with your faculty leader to understand all your costs.
